HR Business Partner Consultant at Saab
Saab is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner consultant who wants to work alongside the dedicated HR teams supporting the Aeronautics business area. The assignment involves supporting managers and leaders in creating a workplace where people thrive, develop, and deliver at a high level. The role is central to Saab's ongoing development and directly contributes to the company's people excellence efforts.

About the Position
Saab is looking for a consultant who wants to take on a broad and strategic role as an HR Business Partner. The assignment involves:
- Working closely with management teams within Aeronautics to understand goals, drivers, and organizational needs.
- Translating strategies into concrete actions that strengthen the organization's long-term capabilities.
- Coaching and supporting managers in areas such as performance management, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
- Contributing to attracting, developing, and retaining the right competencies for today's and tomorrow's needs.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers, leaders, and HR colleagues to make Saab's people strategy a sustainable part of everyday life. The role is located in the Aeronautics HR Business Partner team, which consists of about 20 colleagues. In your daily work, you will be part of a smaller, business-oriented team responsible for a specific unit within Aeronautics.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3 to 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably from a business-driven organization.
- Worked as part of a management team.
- Solid experience in change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Enjoys a role with many contact points and collaborates well with managers, HR colleagues, and union representatives.
- A strong ability to develop organizations, teams, and leaders and drives change initiatives with courage, structure, and perseverance.
- Communicates clearly and balances strategic and operational HR work professionally.
- Is self-driven yet a team player with good judgment, high maturity, and a curious, development-oriented mindset.
Meritorious:
Experience with People Analytics.
The role involves travel within the organization, and a driver's license (B) is required.
